Group Exercise Drop-In for MSC Fitness Center Members
Our large group class formats are perfect for
members who need group motivation, have a positive and healthy
competitive edge, or just want diversity in their exercise routines.
These classes, which include Spin, Yoga, Pilates, Interval Training, Full Body Strength and Conditioning, Zumba,
and more, will be located in MSC’s beautiful new studio space. Classes
are high-energy and most will include music playlists that will surely
keep you moving! Come spend an hour with our passionate, charismatic and
motivating group instructors. You will not be disappointed!
