This full body workout covers it all! We will perform multiple rounds of various circuits - each circuit with a different focus i.e. balance, strength, explosiveness, and more! The time will fly by as we cover all of the main movements of presses, pulls, squats, and hinges. We will end each class with a conditioning circuit to end with a bang and start your Monday morning off strong!
