This traditional vinyasa inspired class integrates three key components: mindful body alignment (posture), breathing, and balance. As you slowly flow through several poses, you’ll notice that these movements are intended to deepen your awareness of your body's posture, your breath, and provide you with an opportunity to experience "becoming one" with the present moment.
This slowed down, restorative style of yoga will ease you into becoming less stressed, increased mobility and flexibility, and build a stronger more resilient self. Towards the end of each session, Kelly brings it all together with reflection and meditation.
