Group Exercise Drop-In for MSC Fitness Center Members $10 • 1 visit • Our large group class formats are perfect for members who need group motivation, have a positive and healthy competitive edge, or just want diversity in their exercise routines. These classes, which include Spin, Yoga, Pilates, Interval Training, Full Body Strength and Conditioning, Zumba, and more, will be located in MSC’s beautiful new studio space. Classes are high-energy and most will include music playlists that will surely keep you moving! Come spend an hour with our passionate, charismatic and motivating group instructors. You will not be disappointed!
Group Exercise Drop-In for Non-Fitness Center Members $15 • 1 visit •

Our large group class formats are perfect for members who need group motivation, have a positive and healthy competitive edge, or just want diversity in their exercise routines. Non-MSC Member Guest Pass $20 • 1 visit • This Daily Guest Pass is reserved for Non-Michigan Shores Club members who would like to use the MSC Fitness and Wellness Center. This pass provides usage of the Fitness Center for a full business day, and all extra club services can be purchased for an additional fee.

This pass is restricted to non residents only, and non-MSC members are limited to 5 Daily Guest Passes per calendar year.

A combination of cardio, strength, and conditioning. This class will mix intervals/drills on the indoor cycle bikes and full-body movements off the bike. Different pieces of equipment and bodyweight movements will be used to target all movement patterns, creating a full-body, challenging workout experience. Be prepared to work hard as you challenge your entire body as your workout will fly by with all the variety this class provides. Options available for all levels.
